Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Elle is an actor and nightlife performer currently based in New York City. A graduate of Circle in the Square Theatre School (New York, NY) and Bishop’s University (Sherbrooke, Quebec), Elle is classically trained in theatre and vocal performance and works regularly in national commercial, voiceover and print; complete list of credits available upon request. Elle performs burlesque regularly under the name Seedy Edie. She is a rostered performer at The Slipper Room (167 Orchard St, NYC) and Nurse Bettie (106 Norfolk St, NYC) and has been featured in The New York Burlesque Festival annually since 2017, as well as the drag festival Bushwig in 2019, 2021, and 2023. Since 2013, she has appeared on countless stages in Manhattan & Brooklyn including St. Ann’s Warehouse, Joe’s Pub at the Public, National Sawdust, Brooklyn Bowl, The Bell House, The Knockdown Center, and The Highline Ballroom (RIP). -Writing the screenplay and starring in Becoming Bettie Page (2021) - a short film about the life of Bettie Page, adapted from the theatrical play by the same name written by Dick Zigun & Chicava Roslyn Tate. Elle also played the role of Bettie in the premiere run of the theatrical production, performed at Coney Island USA in 2018.
-Appearing regularly in the Pink Room Burlesque’s Miss Twin Peaks Pageant, an annual David Lynch-themed burlesque event held each year at Joe’s Pub at the Public - as well as winning the title of “Miss Twin Peaks 2018”.

-Appearing as a “Dandy Minion” (chorus member) in Taylor Mac's "A 24-Decade History of Popular Musicat St. Ann's Warehouse, 45 Water Street (DUMBO, Brooklyn, 2016). This show was a finalist for the 2016 Pulitzer Prize in Drama. -Appearing as Maura in Play/Date(Michael Counts/3LD) - an immersive production set inside Fat Baby (112 Rivington on the LES, 2014).
PLAYWRIGHTING: Elle was also a playwright and Writer-in-Residence for Spicy Witch Productions' 2015 season. Her original work, The C*nt - a contemporary adaptation of William Wycherley's The Country Wife - was performed at The Flamboyan Theatre at The Clemente Soto Velez Center, 107 Suffolk St, NYC. Elle also contributed a play to Hall Pass, an immersive project commissioned by NYU, produced by Blindspot Collective and performed by NYC high school students as part of the NYU Forum on Site-Specific Theatre.
